PISANG GORENG | INDONESIAN BANANA FRITTERS

Yum

It was such a struggle developing a concept for this post, I've tried several concept (5 - 6 to be exact) and this one is finally the one that I'm satisfied with. I am a newbie on food blogging, well, I have been blogging for a while now but I have not put time to craft the art of food blogging (plating concept, food styling, taking photos and editing, writing, etc..). The biggest struggle I faced when making this post was creating the dish so it looks appetizing.

Anyway, this snack is such a popular dish in Indonesia because it's so easy, the ingredients used are basic pantry ingredients you can find at home. So many times we have guests just show up at my home in Jakarta and my Mam would whip up this quickly and serve them with a side of tea.
